This is my favourite time of year to be outdoors, when autumn sweeps in and a daunder through the trees feels akin to being cocooned in a swirling kaleidoscope of vibrant colour as the leaves turn eye-catching hues of gold, crimson, ochre, bronze, amber and russet.
