The restructuring and forensic business of Quantuma is merging with KR8 Advisory, creating a 300-person firm with 11 offices across the United Kingdom. The deal sees K3 Advisory Group, the parent company of both consultancies, bring together two of its brands operating in the restructuring, business advisory and investigations space under a single banner.
