Russia launched its first mission to yonder Moon in 47 years. They plan establishing a lunar base together with the Chinese. Why not also invite North Korea and Iran? All the comically bad guys together. They could then start a Galactic Empire and get a gravelly-voiced guy in a black cloak and mask to run it.
