As bosses push staff to do more with less, leaning on AI as a perceived cure-all, organisations face a growth challenge defined largely by workforce capacity pressure. According to new research from Korn Ferry, nearly two-thirds of employees surveyed have encountered significantly heavier workloads over the past two years, and almost half saying they are too busy to deliver meaningful results that contribute to growth.
